A fruit cake so aromatic, fruity and nutty you won’t want to miss it!

Our fruit cake is like no other, we use genuine rum to soak an abundance of almonds, hazelnuts and fruits, such as figs and dates, pears, apples and plums. We then add a touch of honey for sweetness and bake it to perfection with wholesome, organic, Ontario grown, Spelt flour, which we love for its nutty flavour and health benefits.  

Full of flavour, yet not too sweet, it pairs well with cheese!
