• Suggested Use

• Adults: Mix two level scoops of powder (10g) into 250ml – 500ml of liquid per day. Take a few hours away from other medications and natural health products. Dissolves best if shaken in liquid (use shaker cup). Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

  PLEASE NOTE: Organic Clear Fibre can also be added to soft foods such as yogurt or apple sauce, but may not dissolve as well as in room temperature liquids.
