• Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), raspberry extract, citrus fruit extract, steviol glycoside (stevia).

• Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
