When it comes to chips, potatoes get all the glory. So it’s only fair other root veggies get some love too. Like beets. They’ve taken the back seat long enough. So now they’re up front in the driver’s seat along with sweet potatoes. Which are potatoes too, sort of. But hey, they’re both stars in this radically different root chip mix.
